PURPOSE:To make prediction calculation of a thermal equil. temp. at the accuracy meeting user's will by making prediction calculation and display at every measuring period until the end of measurement is decided. CONSTITUTION:An electronic clinical thermometer has a temp. detecting part 1, a measuring circuit 2, an arithmetic processing part 3 which determines an equil. temp. by arithmetic processing of temp. data, a display part 4 and a control part 5. The part 3 performs arithmetic operation by the instruction of the control signal from the part 5 and has a sub-routine unit consisting of a data reading-in part 6, a memory 7, a measuring part 8 for elapsed time, a prediction calculating part 9 and a deciding part 10 for rhe end of measurement. The part 9 calculates the predicted value of a thermal equil. temp. according to the function for predicting temp. from the temp. detected by the paft 1. The part 10 decides the conditions for ending the prediction calculation in the part 9. |
