CONTROL FOR LINEAR MOTOR TYPE BOARD MATERIAL SPEED REDUCTION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To pile board material of continuous flow stably and efficiently by controlling the voltage to be applied onto a linear motor such that the interval and the speed of board material detected during line travel will be within setting range. CONSTITUTION:The interval of board material satisfying the optimal piling condition is set in a microcomputer and after actual speed reduction or piling, the interboard gap D2 is detected to control the speed reduction of linear motor through microcomputer such that said gap D2 will be within allowable level of the optimal interboard gap setting. The upper and lower limits of the speed of board material satisfying the optimal piling condition are set in the microcomputer then the speed of board material under deceleration is detected to control the voltage to be applied onto the linear motor such that said speed will be between said limits. Said comparison and voltage regulation are performed for every board resulting in stable and efficient piling.
