PURPOSE:To suppress occurrence of defective winding roll due to insufficient tuburality as low as possible by fixing a splitted rider roll movably up and down. CONSTITUTION:As the diameter of winding roll 2 increases during operation, rider rolls 3, 3A will push the rod of each air-cylinder upward. A photohead 37 will detect the rise of rod electrically and upon increase of rise, the opening of flow regulation valve 36 is increased through an amplifier 38. Consequently, the rider roll beam 4 will rise to lower the rod of each air-cylinder relatively. Through repetition of said operation, the piston position in each air-cylinder is maintained at the intermediate position to regulate the linear pressure under the rider roll through the air-cylinder even during increase of winding diameter. During winding operation, SOL-C and SOL-E of solenoid valve are excited to regulate the oil flow having oil pressure set by a reducing valve 31 in accordance to the opening of an electromagnetic control flow regulation valve 36 and feed to the rod side port of hydraulic cylinder 6. |
