PURPOSE:The titled stable cosmetic, having high safety with excellent favorability in use, composed of both a composition containing a cationic cellulosic polymer, polyhydric alcohol and an oil phase component and an aqueous phase component. CONSTITUTION:An oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic obtained by incorporating (A) 5-90pts.wt. composition containing (A1) cationic polymer, for example a reaction product of hydroxyethyl cellulose with glycidyltrimethyl ammoonium chloride, (A2) a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerine and propyrene glycol and (A3) an oil phase component such as a vegetable oil and a hydrocarbon with (B) 95-10pts.wt. aqueous phase component obtained by dissolving an alkali component, a water-soluble high polymer, etc. in water. 0.5-5.0wt% component (A1), 0.5-20wt% component (A2) and 0.5-5.0pts.wt. component (A3) based on 1pts.wt. total amount of the components (A1) are preferably incorporated. After dissolving the component (A1) in the component (A2), the resultant solution is gelatinized with the component (A3), followed by pouring the component (B) thereinto to obtain the aimed cosmetic with more homogeneous and preferably emulsified droplets. |
