PREPARATION PROCESS OF ((QUINOLYL-4)-3PROPYL-1)-4PIPERIDINES

摘要

For the preparation of derivatives of quinoline of formula with R and X according to Claim 1, the compounds of formula are reduced. The compounds thus obtained in which R represents an alkenyl group can additionally be converted by catalytic hydrogenation to corresponding compounds in which R is an alkyl group. The derivatives of quinoline obtained are also used for the preparation of the addition salts of these derivatives with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. The new compounds are used especially for the treatment of pathological conditions caused by a disturbance of the operation of the serotoninergic systems.
