<p>A photo-setting resin composition having a good storage stability; using no hexavelent chromium; having well- balanced photosensitive and dyeing properties; capable of being developed with an aqueous solvent; and having a superior resolution, when a color filter is formed, is provided, which composition is obtained by copolymerizing as effective components, a monomer expressed by the formula
