<p>Novel neuropharmacologically active compounds of the formula (I) wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or a mono- or dialkylcarbamoyl group, R2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a trifluoroalkyl group, an alkylthio group or a trimethylsilyl group, A2 is a methyl or ethly group, and R3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, a phenyl group or susbtituted phenyl group, or a physiologically acceptable salt or optical isomer therof, intermediates and methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations containing the compounds and methods for their therapeutical use.</p> |
