PURPOSE:To ensure a quick and efficient searching for the fault by securing a system in which all other NW's are switched automatically to auxiliary NC's when the fault is decided to belong to peripheral control unit NC in case the switching request is given from plural peripheral units NW, which can be utilized for the exchange.
