<p>The container support foot is fixed by a packing strap to the underside, having a passage for the strap through it and parallel top and bottom surfaces. It is a hollow plastic section (3) open at one or more sides, and has along one edge of its supporting surface (4a) bearing against the container (1) a holding strip (5) extending upwards at right angles to this surface. The passage for the strap (2) can be close below this surface. It can have a top support plate with a central opening and the holding strip at one side, together with a hollow part tapering towards the bottom and closed by a baseplate (8). Openings for the strap are on a line at right angles to the strip.</p> |
