<p>The marking device (1) is designed to allow pedestrians to use public roads safely at night. It comprises a large number of reflective devices fixed to a net, which can be elastic. The reflective panels can be fixed to the mesh of the net, and the net can be attached to the rear of a crash helmet which also acts as a glove box. When the wearer puts the gloves on the net is unrolled down the back and can be secured to the waist. An elastic net clings close to blouses etc., thus eliminating wind resistance. The reflective panels give the device high visibility when illuminated by motor vehicle headlights.</p> |
