PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic hindrance, by setting a section where the internal end and the external end of a stator yoke overlaps on the both end surfaces of a rotor yoke, to form a closed magnetic circuit, and by reducing a leakage field to an external section. CONSTITUTION:A motor is organized with a rotor made of a rotor yoke 10 with a fitted permanent magnet 11 fixed on a rotary shaft 1 and rotated, and with a stator consisting of a printed board 4 fixed on a mount 4 with a screw 8 and a spacer 9, and a stator yoke 5. The external end 5' and internal end 5'' of the stator yoke 5 are overlapped on a part of the rotor yoke 10. On the stator yoke 5, a stator core 6 wound up with an armature coil is fixed. The magnetic path of an alternating field generated by the rotation of the rotor yoke 10 is returned to the magnet 11 via the permanent magnet 11, the section 5' where the rotor yoke 10 and the stator yoke 5 overlap, the stator yoke 5, and overlapped the section 5''. By this method, the leakage of a magnetic field to an external section is suppressed, and magnetic hindrance is suppressed. The motor is suitable for a floppy disc. |
