<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate matching with numbers on a whole display board and to reduce the load of users by calling users in a synthetic voice at the window, transmitting and receiving a signal by an optical communication, and providing the whole display board which displays the call numbers of plural users. CONSTITUTION:At the window where instantaneous processing service is offered, users are called in the synthetic voice by a synthetic voice generating circuit 16 according to the call numbers entered into reference tickets issued to the users previously by reference ticket issuing machines 1-3, and processing is carried out. Further, the optical communication by using infrared rays is made for the signal transmission among respective equipments which constitute the window calling system. Further, the highest-reference number among numbers to be called continuously and discontinuous call numbers which are higher than said number are displayed on the whole display board 17. Consequently, the installation places of the respective constituent equipments are freely selected and the numbers of the reference tickets that the users have are easily matched with the numbers on the display board; and the users never gather in a narrow area and the load on the users is reduced.</p> |
