<p>PURPOSE:To make durability for boiling or retort sterilization by providing copolymer films containing ethylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid on both sides of given polyamide resin film, sticking an olefinic/resin film and manufacturing laminate films of given ratio respectively. CONSTITUTION:Polyamide (MX) prepared by polycondensation reaction of methaxylenediamine and adipic acid is used. The difficulty of large permeability is solved by retaining polypropylene (PO) film. When a copolymer (EM) of ethylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid such as a copolymer of ethylene and maleic acid is interposed between said resin and film, bonding can be carried out to each other. PO films 1 and 5 of one film respectively occup two-thirds to 29/30 of the thickness of the whole laminate film. Although EM films 2 and 4 are used by bonding PO and MX and no restriction is applied to thickness, the same can be used as a thin one, and its thickness is around 1/20 of the laminate film thickness. The thickness of MX film 3 is 1/4 to 1/40 of the thickness of the entire laminate film.</p> |
