PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour of a project manager and to early extract a problem point by recognizing the progress of a work instructed as the minimum unit of a progress managing object based on a work standard housed in a host device and automatically outputting a warning. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a high-order device 1, which is composed of a CPU 4, a disk device 5, a printer 6, a display device 7, a keyboard input device 8 and a timer 9, and a compact portable terminal 3 which is composed of a display device 10, a time monitoring device 11, a warning device 12 and an input device 13. The work contents of the progress managing object are informed from the high-order device 1 to the low-order device 3 and for the details of the work contents, a data base obtained by the host device 1 is referred from the low-order device 3. Then, the condition of the work is informed from the input means 13 of the low-order device 3 to the host device 1 at every period determined in advance. In the high-order device 1, the schedule control of scheduled results is executed and when the work is not completed in the period, the warning is informed of the low-order device 3. Thus, the man-hour of the working for the collection and analysis of progress information and the warning can be reduced. |
