PURPOSE:To allow a clerk at a window to always offer suitable service to a customer by storing service condition information into a high-order information processor, and referring to it through an input/output device set at a window, etc. CONSTITUTION:An input/output device 1 is connected through a communication line 3 to a host computer 2 to be the high-order information processor. When the clerk at the window receives the customer, by executing an input-operation to designate the customer by means of the input/output device 1, a customer information file 22 including customer service condition information is sent from the host computer 2 to the input/output device 1. Thus, the clerk at the window can offer the suitable service to the customer while referring to the customer service information. |
