PURPOSE:To accurately correct the time of a clock without taking time by outputting set time on th basis of the time correction order signal from a counter. CONSTITUTION:When a time signal is issued by turning a time correction operation mode setting part 12 ON in order to correct time, a time signal confirmation part 11 confirms the frequency of the sound signal band contained in the time signal to release the resetting of a counter 10 and the counter 10 begins to count a fundamental clock. Since the part of the first bell in the time signal is short, a signal is finished before the counter 10 reaches a prescribed value to reset the counter 10. The part of the final bell is long and the signal continues until the counter 10 reaches the prescribed value and, when the counter 10 reaches the prescribed value, a time correction order signal is sent to time correction parts 7-9 from the counter 10. The time correction parts 7-9 receiving the time correction order signal correct time count parts 2-6 to indicated times. By this method, the time of a clock can be accurately corrected without taking time. |
