<p>The unpunched plates are picked up from a stacking station, fed into the aligning head and subsequently pressed. The heas has a driven, rotating disc for holding the plates and acts in conjunction with an aligning pin engaging a groove or fixing hole of the plate. Alignment and rotary movement both can be initiated simultaneously or independently. The movements are generated within the operating station by two independent drives. The aligning movement of the rotating disc is transmitted by a motor and gear drive. Revolving movement is transmitted by a centering mandrel coaxial to the rotating disc.</p> |
