Roasting time control - with microprocessor converting code number into pre- and post-roasting time settings

In an automatic roasting or grilling system in an oven, the total time is adapted to suit the type, mass, temp. and other properties of the food by setting, on a microprocessor, the preroasting and/or postroasting time. This covers, e.g. meat of all sorts and of greatly different wt. Small quantities are thus roasted for correspondingly reduced times. Used to removed blood, excrement and bacteria.
