PURPOSE:To prevent the joining of plate parts to each other by press-blanking the plate parts in a manner as to have plural projections on the surface, laminating many sheets of such plate parts, spacing the plate parts from each other by the projections and subjecting the laminated parts to a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A soft magnetic metallic plate material 2 is press-blanked to form stator plates 1 which are the plate parts having a U-shaped outside shape. The plural projections 3 are at the same time formed in the thickness direction on the surface of the stator plates and mounting holes 4 are formed thereto as well. Many sheets of such stator plates 1 are laminated and are held on a supporting member 5 by riding the leg parts thereof on said member. The spacings 6 are formed between the stator plates 1 by the projections 3. The stator plates are put in this state into a furnace and are held for about 2hr at about 1,100 deg.C in an inert gaseous atmosphere; thereafter, the stator plates are slowly cooled. The joining of the stator plates 1 to each other is thereby obviated and the need for separating the stator plates by hand is eliminated. |
