PURPOSE:A lubricating oil, obtained by blending a specific lubricating base oil with a specific wax, capable of prolonging the metal fatigue life of lubricating parts and improving processing performance in metal working. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil obtained by blending (A) a lubricating base oil having <=-30 deg.C, preferably <=-35 deg.C pour point, preferably prepared by hydrogenating a lubricating oil fraction from the middle-base crude oil and subjecting the hydrogenated oil to operation, e.g. dewaxing, etc., with (B) normally 0.1-3wt% wax, preferably crude mineral petroleum based wax having <=65 deg.C, preferably 35-55 deg.C melting point. |
