The present invention relates to a ready-mixed concrete plant on a barge, especially for producing and bringing ready-mixed concrete to building sites close to navigable channels. This ready-mixed concrete plant is characterised in that it comprises, in the longitudinal alignment of the barge, aggregate storage elements 4, cement storage elements 10, 11, the said elements 4, 10, 11 working with a set of conveyor belts and/or screw conveyors bringing the aggregates and cement to a mixer 12 supplying an unloading element 28 for the ready-mixed concrete.
