Control system for regulation of the temperature in a building which is provided with a roof 1 which comprises an outwardly free concrete slab 2 and at least one insulating layer 3, 4 arranged inside the slab. The system includes temperature sensors 5, 7, 8 which are arranged so as to sense the temperature at different levels in the concrete slab, of the ambient air and of the outgoing air in a ventilation system in the building. The temperature values recorded are compared in a control unit 6 with predetermined control curves for regulating the temperature in the building. The control system according to the invention is designed to utilize the heat-storing capacity of the roof in order to achieve minimum energy consumption for heating, cooling and ventilating the building. <IMAGE> |
