<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a large quantity of code printed matters at a high speed, by displaying codes constituted of bars formed of spaces and zigzag broken lines on a cathode ray tube and printing the codes displayed on the tube by using a printing master prepared of an exposed photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:Information of goods, such as numbers, prices, etc., is read out from a magnetic tape 1 through a control circuit 4 and digital signals are recorded in a register 3 in the unit of one character through a detector 2. Signals for displaying the bar codes, numerals, characters, etc., of the information produced by a character generator 5 are inputted to a grid 10 and deflection coil 8 through a luminance modulating circuit 11 and deflection circuit 12 and displayed on a CRT 6 by supplying the output of a polarizing circuit 13 to a deflection coil 7. A film 20 is exposed to the image through an optical system 19, etc. By developing and fixing the film 20, a printing master containing bar codes, etc., formed of zigzag broken lines is obtained. Printed matters on which codes are printed are obtained by using the printing master.</p> |
