PURPOSE:To prevent a pellet from being damaged due to a stamp printing or pad from being corroded by providing a semiconductor pellet formed with a predetermined circuit pattern on its front surface and marked with predetermined identification displaying means by irradiating a laser light to its rear surface. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor pellet 3 formed with a predetermined circuit pattern on its front surface and marked with a marking 11 of predetermined identification displaying means is provided. The marking 11 is formed by irradiating a laser light to prevent the pellet 3 from being damaged due to a stamp sealing, thereby preventing a bump electrode 9 from being corroded due to moisture precipitated by the bleeding of stamping ink. Since fine character and symbol can be printed, the identification of a product can be facilitated. |
