PURPOSE:To prevent noise allowance from dropping, by making the difference between the output level of a small-amplitude emitter-coupled transistor logic (ECTL) circuit after the output has passed the level conversion circuit and the reference voltage larger than the difference in level when the reference voltage is composed of a different power source.
