PURPOSE:To allow a sender to generate a destination without notifying the destination of an electronic mail by reading the information relating to the destination, selecting a rule group to generate the destination of the electronic mail with a condition section, and generating the destination. CONSTITUTION:A destination generating section 400 is provided with an intelligent base 425 to generate a destination by executing a rule group based on a destination data structure and a control section 430 to call the destination generation rule sequentially. The information of a mail sender storing in a sender data storage section 405 is information referenced to generate the destination such as name, age, address, occupation, nationality and working place of a mail sender. Thus, the sender generates the destination of a relevant electronic mail based on the content of the electronic mail without notifying the destination of the electronic mail by the sender. Moreover, when the destination of the electronic mail is incomplete, the destination is generated based on the content of the electronic mail and since it is discriminated as to whether or not the electronic mail is addressed to the receiver, the labor of the user is reduced. |
