<p>A vehicle sun visor has a hollow semi-rigid body of thermoplastic material made either by extrusion blow-mouilding or by fusing the edges of two prefabricated shells. Opt. the moulding is covered with decorative sheet or fabric or is coloured or tinted decoratively. The moulding incorporates hinge seats with sufficient elastic grip for supporting the visor at a various angles by friction. Pref. the moulding has recesses and/or supporting anchorage points to accommodate a mirror, a lamp or other accessories. Opt. the moulding is filled with foam rubber.</p> |
