PURPOSE:To perform the connection of both synthetic resin pipes which are inseparable from each other and completely watertight, by a method wherein both the synthetic resin pipes are confronted with each other and after they are coated with an inner skin material having resin infiltrating properties, the same is surrounded by a split mold for molding a coupling and uncured resin in a state of gel is cast into the mold for cure. CONSTITUTION:Both synthetic resin corrugated pipes 1, 1 are abutted with each other and the confronting parts are coated with an inner skin material 4 such as nonwoven fabric of organic or inorganic fiber. A coated part is surrounded with split molds 5, 5 for molding a coupling on both side of the same. Photo-setting uncured resin 6 in a state of gel is cast into the split molds 5, 5 through a resin feed port 5b. Rays are applied to resin 6 through a light source 5c for cure, the split molds 5, 5 are removed after curing and the coupling 7 is molded unitarily with an abutted parts of corrugated pipes 1, 1. |
