PURPOSE:To prevent a cleaner from being damaged due to a surge according to a static electricity by providing an element control means and a protecting means connected to this element control means in parallel and bypassing a current when a voltage higher than a set voltage is impressed to this element control means. CONSTITUTION:A power from a power source is controlled by a bidirectional power control element, and a bypassing means 274 for turning off a motor display means 271 and an insulation transfer means 272 is connected in parallel to the motor display means 271 and the insulation transfer means 272. A constant current means 275 for supplying a constant current is connected to the power source means 167 side of the insulation transfer means 272 and the bypassing means 274, a protecting means 276 for protecting a control means 130 from a surge or the like and having one end grounded is connected to a terminal A, and a terminal B is grounded. Thereby, when the voltage of an element control means 2 is higher than a set voltage, a current is bypassed, thereby, the element control means comparatively weak in a voltage resistance can be prevented from being damaged by the surge according to a static electricity. |
