Metal clad switching station - has vacuum switches in series in tube in cladding jackets with bushings for bus=bar and cable end contacts

The station has power vacuum switches which are a part of an isolating system for breaking and closing a gap between a contact at its one terminal and a contact at a busbar, and a contact at its other terminal and a contact at a cable end. The operated station is by a swinging drive, with simultaneous switching. The vacuum switches are rotatably mounted in a tube (9) between two partitions (12, 13) in the switchgear front and back. One partition has a closable bushing (14) for the contact (3) opposite to the busbar contact (4). Another bushing (15) is provided for the vacuum switch contact (6) opposite to the cable end (8) contact (7).
