<p>The flexible cover for the car is mounted on a sprung roller inside a long container set across the car on the rear boot. The cover is pulled out and extends from the rear of the car to the front. It protects the car from freezing in winter, and from direct sunlight in summer. The cover is held away from the roof by simple stays (4). A compact mounting for the container is inside a streamlined aerofoil on the rear. The container has flexible lips through which the cover is pulled out.</p> |
