PURPOSE:To enable an on-line real-time control to be made by detecting an interference state of outgoing light and to adjust and control the mirror angle and gap of a first laser resonator so that a specified interference state can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A second laser output light can be allowed to incide resonator mirrors 1 and 2 of a first laser which is to be adjusted and controlled along light axis externally. After performing multiple repetition reflection within these resonator mirrors 1 and 2. strength of lights 7 and 8 to be radiated out of the mirrors 1 and 2 outside the resonator is measured and interference status of multiple reflection light within the resonator mirrors 1 and 2 is detected. It allows alignment to be adjusted automatically and tuning of the resonator to be controlled on-line and in real time. |
