PURPOSE:To improve the responsibility and the smoothness of an aligning effect by fitting with a play both side peripheral end edges of movable and fixed cylinders to each groove streak of concentric peripheral grooves respectively formed in a movable shaft and a casing. CONSTITUTION:Concentric peripheral grooves 2h, 1h are respectively provided in the reverse surface side in a flange 2a of a movable shaft 2 and the obverse side in a bottom wall 1c of a cylinder device unit 1a. And movable cylinders 5a, 5b and fixed cylinders 6a, 6b respectively fit with a play each upper side peripheral end edge 5a', 5b', 6a', 6b' to each peripheral groove 2i in the concentric peripheral groove 2h and each bottom side peripheral end edge 5a'', 5b'', 6a'', 6b'' to each peripheral groove 1i in the concentric peripheral groove 1h. These cylinder groups 5a to 6b can be changed moving in the diametric direction of a casing 1 by a width length of these peripheral grooves 2i, 1i, but the cylinder group, even when it is placed in an adjacent condition, holds a separating distance by the thickness of circular arc protrusive streaks 2j, 1j forming the peripheral grooves 2i, 1i. |
