PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently obtain a negative or positive DC voltage of integer times of a DC power source voltage by sequentially charging condenser group connected in series via switching elements with the DC power source to the power source voltage. CONSTITUTION:Switching elements S1, S2 which alternately become ON are connected in series with a DC power source E, positive side diodes D11-D14 are connected in series from the positive terminal of the DC power source, and negative side diodes D21-D24 are connected in series from the negative terminal of the power source. Condensers C12, C14, C22, C24 are connected in series with the power source E, and condensers C11, C13, C21, C23 are connected in series with positive and negative sides from the connecting point of the switching elements S1, S2. The elements S1, S2 are alternately turned ON and OFF in a rapid period, and all the condensers are charged to the power source voltage E. |
