PURPOSE:To economize resources by storing water on the bottom part inside a bottomed cylindrical balloon body which has a double conduit structure permitting the transmission of the solar beam and whose upper part is opened and evaporating the water by the solar beam and generating power by utilizing the air stream accompanied with the atmospheric pressure difference in a balloon body. CONSTITUTION:A double conduit wall 1 consisting of thin film which is made of the tough material which transmits the solar beam is provided, and the inside of the sealed space between the double conduit wall 1 is charged with the light gas such as hydrogen and helium, and a bottomed cylindrical balloon body whose upper edge is opened is constituted, and waver 2 is stored on the bottom part of the balloon body. The water 2 is evaporated 11 by the heat of the sun 9 (solar beam 10), and a damped air block is formed in the balloon body. Therefore, an atmospheric pressure difference is generated inside and outside the lower part of the balloon body, and power generation is carried out by driving a windmill type power generator 8 in an opened port opened in the lower part of the balloon body by utilizing the air stream on the basis of the atmospheric pressure difference. |
