PURPOSE:To readily and sanitarily automate packing without damaging bean curd throughout the process by moving pieces of bean curd having a suitable size in water and housing the pieces of bean curd in empty packs with the own weight thereof. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of bean curd (a) of a suitable size are advanced in a bean curd guide groove part 3 in a water tank 1, pressurized, advanced near the terminal end and simultaneously pushed into a bean curd housing guide frame part 9 in the form of the opened top and bottom. The respective pieces of bean curd are then automatically housed in bean curd housing packs (b) successively placed on a conveyor guide part 13 for conveying a housing guide plate part. |
