PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of external radiation compensation and make possible sure operation by measuring the dose rates of external radiations while not measuring the specimen and holding the dose rate immediate before the measurement and subtracting the dose rate having been held from the output signal of a detector when measuring the specimen.
