Drink is prepd. by treating pollen with a physiologically acceptable solvent. E.g. 1-100 g pollen are treated with 1 l. H2O. Pref. 1-50 vol. % of a flavouring agent, e.g. fruit juice or perfumed sugar syrup is added. In an example 250 g pollen is treated with 5 l. cold H2O for is not 24 hrs. It is then filtered and flavourings, e.g. grapefruit juice, coffee, grenadine or lemon syrup, added.
