<p>The control unit is for an outside air feed. The feed ratio is dimensioned dependent upon the heat content of the air in the stable and/or outside air; or dependent upon the difference between the two. The air feed ratio may be controlled dependent upon the dew point temp. The control unit uses a contact thermometer with a mercury container (5a) at the lower end, positioned in a housing with in- and outlet apertures (2, 3). A fan (4) moves air from the stable through the housing (1). The mercury container has an air-permeable cover (6) of absorbent material, one end of which is immersed in a water-filled container (7).</p> |
