<p>Each mattress (4a, 4b) is fastened to a support frame (3) mounted on a mobile support carriage (1) where it can be moved by an articulation bearing (15) from the vertical into a horizontal display position. The support frame (3) pref. has a flat rectangular shape with the mattress being fastened to two sides by rubber bands, slide fasteners, press-button fasteners etc. The display unit can comprise any number of mobile support carriages wherein mattresses for two complete beds can be attached in the upright space-saving position on each carriage. The support carriage bearing the mattresses of interest can be drawn out until for example a chain which supports the carriage at one end and is anchored in the wall at the other is braced.</p> |
