PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a powder magnetic core, adaptable even to complex shapes while ensuring high strength and insulation, in a manufacturing method based on simple pressure molding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a powder magnetic core using metal-base soft magnetic material powder includes: a first step of mixing soft magnetic material powder and a binder and thereafter spray-drying the same; a second step of pressure molding the mixture obtained through the first step; a third step of subjecting the molded body obtained through the second step to grinding and/or cutting; and a fourth step of subjecting the molded body obtained through the third step to heat treatment. By subjecting the molded body to heat treatment in the fourth step, an oxide layer including elements contained in the soft magnetic material powder is formed on the surface of the soft magnetic material powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
