Structural panel si mfd. from hound mineral aggregate and has its adjacent edges along the upper face projecting outwardly w.r.t. the diagonally opposite adjacent edges along the underlying side of the panel. The sum of the length of the edges is greater than the sum of the edges. Aggregate is pref. esp. bound with 8-15% plastics binder esp. high viscosity unsatd. panels may be planar or arcuate as required for channel or canal construction. Panels have improved hydraulic and wear resistant properties.
