Explosion proof encapsulated fuse with two inner contacts - has top open bowl shaped capsule with fuse cartridge holder cage

The encapsulation stationary inner contacts are coupled to external electric terminals and cooperate with the fuse cartridge contacts. The capsule housing is bowl-shaped and open at the top. The fuse cartridge is held in a cage with a holder part and a connector which can be screwed down into the open end of the housing for its closure. During insertion of the fuse cartridge the cage with its holder and connector parts, a spring and a circuit board form with the housing inner wall an explosion-proof closure, prior to contacting the inner capsule contacts. The assembly uses a specified gap and/or screwed down threaded guideways. Preferably a protective circuit breaker with an automatic trip is used as the fuse cartridge.
