Detergent-compatible antistatic compositions contain a combination of cationic antistatic agents, dispersion inhibitor organic agglomerating agent and watersoluble alkaline salts as discrete particles. Preferred composition also contain certain types of smectite clay to enhance fabric-softening properties.
