<p>The invention relates to a clock pulse generator for high frequencies, for example, up to approximately 20 MHz, of a very simple construction. The circuit comprises, for example, an oscillating quartz crystal which is included in a loop together with a capacitor and a single, non-inverting gate. A further, averaging feedback is obtained by means of an inverting gate and an integrating circuit which are connected in series between the output of the non-inverting gate and the input of this gate which is connected to the crystal. The gates may all be Schottky TTL gates. A self triggered clock pulse generator is thus realized.</p> |
