CONSTITUTION:When the rotation of a photosensitive drum 1 is stated, the action of an electrifier 2 is started, and then, the rotating/driving of a developing sleeve 71 by a sleeve driving system 72 is started after a time TA required for moving an arbitrary point on the photosensitive drum 1 from the electrifying position A of the electrifier 2 to the developing position B of a developing device 7, lapses from a time point that the action of the electrifier 2 is started. |
