PURPOSE:To reduce the thermofixing temp. and to improve mold releasing property and low temp. fixing property by incorporating propylene 1-butene random copolymer wax having specified limiting viscosity and propylene content, and binder and colorant into the developer. CONSTITUTION:The developer contains propylene 1-butene random copolymer wax having 0.02-0.7dl/g limiting viscosity [eta] and 40-90mol% propylene content, and a binder and a colorant. The propylene 1-butene random copolymer wax is such a copolymer containing randomly arranged recurring structural unit [P] based on propylene and unit [B] based on 1-butene in the molecule chain, and has preferably 0.1-0.4dl/g limiting viscosity number measured in decalin at 135 deg.C, considering that it can decrease the thermofixing temp. The amt. of propylene in the propylene 1-butene random copolymer wax is preferably 60-80mol. Thereby, mold releasing property and low temp. fixing property can be improved. |
