1535115 Operating doors WAGGONFABRIK TALBOT 17 Sept 1976 [24 Sept 1975] 38513/76 Heading E2M In a door assembly comprising a door frame 1, door leaves 2, 3 are mounted from the door frame by means of upper 4 and lower 7 hinges which permit the door leaves to be swung about a substantially vertical axis, each door leaf being tiltably connected to the upper hinge and being connected at the lower hinge for slidable movement in a plane of the door leaf, an operating lever 12 being pivotably mounted on a lower cross member 1b of the door frame to be engageable with each door leaf to lift the door leaf about a fulcrum 6 of the upper hinge and for sliding the door leaf in its own plane in a displaced position away from the lower hinge as shown in Fig. 3. Stop means 23 operate to hold the door leaf in its displaced position after release of the lever from engagement with the door leaf and engageable means 10, 11 provided on each door leaf to maintain a door in its closed position. |
