REACTIVATION OF A HYDROFORMING CATALYST

摘要

PURPOSE: To efficiently reactivate a hydroformylation catalyst by mixing a partially deactivated solubilized rhodium-tertiary organophosphine complex hydroformylation catalyst with an org. reagent such as an alkyne compd. under a non-hydroformylation condition. CONSTITUTION: The solubilized rhodium-tertiary organophosphine complex product treated with an org. reagent is obtained by mixing the liq. medium containing a partially deactivated solubilized rhodium-tertiary organophosphine complex hydroformylation catalyst with an org. reagent such as an alkylene compd. expressed by BC≡C-CH2 X (X is a halogen atom, carboxylate group, or the like.). Then, a hydroformylation catalyst suppressing matter is removed from the product to obtain the rhodium-tertiary organophosphine complex hydroformylation catalyst improved in catalytic activity than the hydroformylation catalyst.
