PURPOSE:To obtain a reproduced sound with less sense of inverted phase and of distortion and natural location and tone by correcting a phase difference in a listening position between both left and right channels while being shared by each channel. CONSTITUTION:Digital filters 2R, 2L are provided to the pre-stage of power amplifiers 3R, 3L respectively and the reproduced sound from them is so corrected that the phase of the reproduced sound from the speaker 4L is led by Ph(f)/2 and the phase of the reproduced sound from the speaker 4R is advanced by Ph(f)/2, where Ph(f) is a phase difference between the reproduced sound from the left channel(CH) speaker 4L and the reproduced sound from the light channel speaker 4R with respect to the listening position 5R. Thus, the phase difference between the reproduced sounds is cancelled just before the speakers in the driver's seat 5R to form in-phase and no sound quality deterioration is caused. Moreover, the relation of the phase shift from the sound source of the reproduced sound till the listening position is the same relation as to an assistant's seat 5L, the reproduced sound is in phase and the deterioration in the sound quality due to sense of inversed-phase similarly to the driver's seat is not caused. |
